How to: Depot your MAC e/s. Easy!

Wow, I feel really productive! 2 posts in a row?

I think I might be going back to my old hobby of blogging haha 

I am sure there are a BUNCH of How to depot your mac eyeshadow tutorials out there but I decided to share this anyway

It is SUPER easy. It takes less than 5 minutes

Shall we start?

First things first,

You'll need

-A straightener

-A knife

-Your MAC eyeshadow that you want depotted

This is MAC Newly Minted in case you're wondering

Step one:

Preheat straightener and grab your knife and pop out the eyeshadow

Step two:

Place the piece that you just popped out in to your straightener

Wait a minute then put the other piece in to the straightener

Step three:

After 30 seconds, take out the pot (leave the eyeshadow for another minute) then pop out the sticker label

 After, take out the eyeshadow and push it out

 Step four:

Place the sticker label into the eyeshadow

Step five (optional):

Buy a magnet and place under the eyeshadow. I didn't do this step

 Then place it in your eyeshadow case :)

Hold on to the pot. Collect six and go back to MAC to get a free eyeshadow or lipstick ;)

My MAC 15 Eyeshadow palette

Hello, ladies...and gents. I hope everyone is having a great weekend!

I saw "Identity Thief" with this guy that I've been seeing for a month last night ;) haha. It was a great movie. I am so fond of Jason Bateman, that's why I decided to see it and it's because the trailer looked hilarious. You should see it when you get the chance.

But anyway, I have finally completed my MAC 15 eyeshadow palette!

That took awhile.

I started collecting MAC eyeshadows in 2010. I started buying them in a pot form but then I think around March 2011 I purchased an empty case palette and bought 4 eyeshadows in a refill pan form and I just started collecting and building my palette

2 years later... I finally completed my first MAC 15 eyeshadow palette!  Yay me

It took me such a long time because I was in love with Urban Decay eyeshadows and I bought most of their palettes.

From left to right 

Row 1 : Gesso, Ricepaper, Nylon, Dazzlelight, Brule

Row 2: Amber Lights, Poison Pen, Soft Brown, Sable, Espresso

Row 3: Contrast, Coppering, Stars and Rockets, Beauty Marked, Carbon

I have more but they are in a quad form or pot form. I am thinking about buying a new palette case and depot all my eyeshadows...but then I really dislike the new MAC palette packaging so I'm debating

Nylon is my favorite highlighter! Can't you tell? haha

WHATS YOUR FAVORITE MAC EYESHADOW?

Benefit They're Real Mascara = HOLY GRAIL MASCARA

Holy shit, guys! I think I just found my holy grail mascara!

I have been searching and searching for the perfect mascara and I think this is the one.

Personally, I love dramatic eyelooks so a dramatic lashes is a MUST.

This mascara makes my lashes look so long. I didn't even think that my lashes could look like this.

Excuse my nails. I need to do them soon. Can I just say that I freakin love shellac by the way?

Anyway, I received the sample mascara on Sephora and just fell in love with it right away. I decided to purchase the full size mascara. 

I think it's the brush that makes this mascara so perfect and the thick fiber formula.

Here is me wearing them. Two coats.

PROS:

- It really does lengthen the lashes

-Very dark. Which I like

- Good Formula

- Makes my eyelashes look "fake"

CONS:

-Very Pricey. 23 USD

Overall, I think this is the best mascara I have ever tried.

Today, I decided to do this FOTD. I've never really been a "natural" kind of girl since I am such a huge fan of dark makeup but I decided to give this a try.

The red lipstick makes the look complete in my opinion.

MAC Archie's Girls FOTD

I was thinking about picking up this collection. I was looking at the swatches and most of the lipsticks got me. 

Originally, I was going to pick up Betty Bright, Daddy's Little Girl,Ronnie Red and Girl Next Door but when I went to my local MAC counter, everything was sold out and I only got my hands on Girl Next Door . Bummer. 

The rest of the collection didn't really catch my eye.

The lipstick was a lustre and a little bit too sheer for my liking but it's a perfect baby pink for everyday look. Not too bold but not too boring.

By the way, I used OPI Alpine Snow on my nails in case you're wondering
