WR Lens REVIEW

Hey dolls. Long time no post! It is my second year of college, I have been SUPER BUSY. I think It's been about legitimately a year since I made a post. I hope to be back soon!

Anyways, the reason for this post is to spread the word about this company called "WR Lens". If you have heard of the contact lenses called "Solotica" you have probably heard about this company.

Everyone knows how natural looking Solotica colored lenses are. I wanted my own pair.

I placed my order on January 2 2014. to this day, I still don't have my lenses yet (3/5/2014)

I have tried to contact the company several times and I even tried to open a dispute on paypal and nothing seems to be working out.

I finally reached them. The lady who responded is named Olivia. She responded with "I can give you a refund on the lenses minus the shipping because we paid for shipping"

Excuse my language but YOU'RE FUCKING KIDDING RIGHT? Isn't it WHY I paid the shipping in the first place? How are you not gonna give me a refund on shipping?

It's been 4 business days and she still hasn't contacted me back. I am just so disgusted. Not only it's been roughly 2 months since I placed my order but she refused to give me a full refund on my order.

I need your guys help. Is there anyway I could try to get my money back or at least get a full refund? These lenses were not cheap either. They were about 99 US dollars per pair and I have paid extra 25 dollars for shipping.

I have never heard of a company like this. I just feel cheated on.

I hope this review somehow helps and it's to warn you readers and give you a heads up.

MAC eyeshadow haul + swatches

My package from MAC arrived today and you know what that means!

 

I ordered 5 neutral purple/burgandy/based eyeshadows and I love them all

I am so excited to use them. I love neutrals + purples so I thought these eyeshadows would be perfect.

I got

Haux - Soft muted rosy brown

Sketch- Burgandy with red shimmer

Trax- Burgundy Plum with shimmer

Embark- Intense reddish brown

Satin Taupe- Taupe with Silver shimmer

For some reason, Haux didn't really show up on my skin ):

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MAC EYESHADOW?

Viva Glam Nicki 2!

I purchased this the day it came out. I owned the first Viva Glam Nicki lipstick and lipgloss but I ended up returning the lipstick. I hated it on me but I loved the gloss.

This looked way better than the first one so I was sold even before it was released. Also, it reminded me of MAC Pink Friday which I never got my hands on so I jumped at the opportunity.

Viva Glam Nicki 2 is a purple blue based lipstick. 

I am wearing both gloss and lipstick in this one. My feelings are mixed on the lipstick. For some reason, I feel like it doesn't work on me. I don't know if it's because of my tan skin or my lip shape. I can't point it but I don't like how it looks on me. I can't make it work. Debating if I should return it or not

I do however LOVE the gloss. I love the purple/pink pastel .

I feel like Nicki Minaj in her "Va Va Voom" video while wearing this on my lips haha

DO YOU OWN THIS LIPSTICK/GLOSS?

Benefit They're Real Mascara = HOLY GRAIL MASCARA

Holy shit, guys! I think I just found my holy grail mascara!

I have been searching and searching for the perfect mascara and I think this is the one.

Personally, I love dramatic eyelooks so a dramatic lashes is a MUST.

This mascara makes my lashes look so long. I didn't even think that my lashes could look like this.

Excuse my nails. I need to do them soon. Can I just say that I freakin love shellac by the way?

Anyway, I received the sample mascara on Sephora and just fell in love with it right away. I decided to purchase the full size mascara. 

I think it's the brush that makes this mascara so perfect and the thick fiber formula.

Here is me wearing them. Two coats.

PROS:

- It really does lengthen the lashes

-Very dark. Which I like

- Good Formula

- Makes my eyelashes look "fake"

CONS:

-Very Pricey. 23 USD

Overall, I think this is the best mascara I have ever tried.

WHAT IS YOUR HOLY GRAIL MASCARA?

MAC Archie's Girls FOTD

I was thinking about picking up this collection. I was looking at the swatches and most of the lipsticks got me. 

Originally, I was going to pick up Betty Bright, Daddy's Little Girl,Ronnie Red and Girl Next Door but when I went to my local MAC counter, everything was sold out and I only got my hands on Girl Next Door . Bummer. 

The rest of the collection didn't really catch my eye.

The lipstick was a lustre and a little bit too sheer for my liking but it's a perfect baby pink for everyday look. Not too bold but not too boring.

By the way, I used OPI Alpine Snow on my nails in case you're wondering

DID YOU PICK ANYTHING UP FROM THIS COLLECTION?

John Frieda Go Blonder Shampoo and Conditioner Review

Alright, I know I said I was done but I guess I just cannot stay away from blogging.

I have been hearing a lot of good reviews about this product from other fellow blondes. So when I was at my local drugstore I decided to pick it up. Plus, they were having a Buy 2 get 1 free so I decided to pick up Go Blonder duo and the full repair since my hair needs it badly and...well...it's free haha

My hair is pretty platinum blonde

To be honest, my hair is as light it could be. I don't really care if it could get any lighter and what not. I cared most about the health of my hair. I heard this shampoo makes blonde hair healthier and I thought it was going to keep my hair color and act as a toner.

can I just say that this is THE WORST of the worst? 

This made my platinum blonde hair YELLOW and dull. It did the opposite for me and instead of making my hair healthier, it made my hair more damaged...not really damaged but when I get out of the shower, my hair is so dry and tangled.

Also, when it dries I feel like my hair has glue in it. I like to curl my hair a lot and let me just say that John Frieda Go Blonder + Curled hair = bad idea.

It was so hard to detangle my hair and just this shampoo made my hair worse than when I bleach it.

To top it all off, This product gave me chemical burns. I have no idea why since it's ammonia free and peroxide free. I would have these weird looking rash on my neck. I have never tried a product that is so horrid.

I have no complain about the full repair though.

I suggest you stay away from this product. But then again, I am a bleached blonde, I dont know how it works on a natural blonde.

So If you are a bleached blonde, I wouldnt even touch this product with a 10 inch stick. It will make your hair dull and yellow and makes it even more damaged. I also had an allergic reaction which is just a straight NO NO NO

the only good thing about this is the smell.

I would give it 1.5/5 stars

I am so returning it. It's such a dissapointment.
